Continuous S.S. Annealing Furnace
These are used for scratch free annealing of both 300 and 400 series grade of Austenitic cold band and Ferritic hot and cold band.
The continuous annealing line is completely automated with desired features including accurate control of heat input with respect to operating temperature, furnace pressure control. VVVF Variable speed drive for rollers : highly accurate and reliable infrared pyrometers to monitor the strip temperature etc.
The special feature of our design include
Asbestos coated, water cooled intermediate support rolls made of heat resisting steel well suited to operate at high temperature
Specially designed carousal type arrangements for quickly changing the intermediate support rolls
