We are presently engaged in the execution of an order for H2HC Bell type batch annealing plant comprising 11 Bases, to be despatched to a cold rolling steel industry in Iran. More than 50% of the total materials are already under shipping and we are starting the installation work shortly. This order was obtained against tough global competition.

We will shortly be taking up the manufacture of another batch annealing plant with 7 Bases for a cold rolling mill in Colombia, South America. This prestigious order is scheduled to be completed before the end of this year.

We have recently received an order from Bhushan Steel & Strips Ltd for a 2 MT/hr capacity Roller Hearth Furnace for Bright Annealing of Tubes for their Khopoli Plant. With many of our Roller Hearth tube annealing plants operating most successfully all over India, clients who had earlier opted for foreign brands, now show distinct preference for our roller hearth tube annealing furnaces and placing orders on us.

Negotiations are in the final stage for an order for a 3 MT/hr capacity Roller Hearth Furnace from an Indian Tube Manufacturer for their proposed tube mill abroad.

With all these major orders coming in, the company is poised to almost double the sales turn over during the current financial year.

A state of art type Walking Beam Furnace for reheating the Billets for extruding seamless tubes have been eagerly accepted by the Industry and we have already obtained several good orders for this type of furnace from many precision MS or SS tube manufacturers.

One more product of ours, which has “hit the headlines” in the Industry, is the Conveyor Furnace used for the bright annealing or heat treatment of MS, SS or Non-ferrous tubes or pipes. These furnaces are supplied with sturdy, gastight SS muffle to heat the charge under protective atmosphere [usually cracked NH3 with 75 % H2], which results in unfailing quality and absolute bright finish.

A Hardening and Tempering Furnace with Roller Hearth, manufactured by us, is a unique and first of its kind in the country and is meant for long alloy steel bars of lengths more than 6 Mtrs. One such furnace was supplied in the vicinity of Mumbai 3 years back. This type of furnace has the ability for very uniform heating and extremely quick quenching, resulting in uniform and excellent metallurgical characteristics through out the length of the bars. This furnace has been operating remarkably well for the past 3 years and as a result, we have recently obtained an order for one more such furnace from a leading manufacturer of alloy steel bars in India located in Mumbai.

Exhaustive trials were conducted by CPCB & NPC on our Hyderabad Waste Management Project Incinerator spread over 3 days.

A team from CPCB & NPC carried out detailed analysis on LOI, TOC, Emission norms and Dioxins & Furans. Emission norms were checked by on-line analyzer, whereas samples were drawn from various discharge points and taken for analysis.

Preliminary reports state that the incinerator performed well within the prescribed emission norms. Other reports and are still awaited.
