With an increase in awareness towards environmental pollution and Government legislation to curb same. Allied Furnaces have developed a range of ACE INCINERATORS using in-house design capabilities. Today we have incinerators to handle all types of wastes be it hazardous, non-pumpable, tarry, liquid, solid, gaseous, hospital or garbage waste. Our incinerators are custom built with different units like main combustion chamber for stationery, Rotary Kiln for predominantly inorganic wastes. Pyrolyser chambers for solid tarry organic wastes and spray incinerators for aqueous wastes. This is followed by post combustion chamber for complete oxidation, waste heat recovery, gas cooling and scrubbing systems, dust collector and stack. Our incinerators are economical easy to operate and most importantly free from dreaded dioxins and furons to meet all the norms set by the State and central Pollution Control Boards.
