We offer furnaces for Bright Annealing of capillary and heat exchanger type Stainless Steel Tubes. These furnaces can be Oil or Gas fired or alternatively, electrically heated.

The movement of the charge is either by a conveyor or by coiling and decoiling system. The entire annealing process is under a protective atmosphere like cracked ammonia. Flaring devices at the entry and exit ensures burning of cracked ammonia thereby ensuring higher safety level. The muffle is of a heat resistant material.

Austenitic grade tubes need to be cooled in the shortest possible time to avoid ferrite formation which is achieved through a specially designed cooling system comprising a sealed blower, heat exchanger and cooling jets.

The entire line is offered with automatic Nitrogen purging to take care of any failures / accidents due to the explosive nature of cracked ammonia. Compact induction heaters can be provided to replace the conventional heating system and this results in uniform heating and power conservation. The chamber atmosphere is monitored continuously. Gas Panel is used to regulate gas flow at various points to ensure uniform gas distribution.
