SECO WARWICK ALLIED CAB System is having the following features

• Improved muffle design, convection heating technology, continuous atmosphere control systems, ACCUBRAZE® PC/PLC controls, prioritized heating control systems including bayonet element design, sinuous loop and gas fired systems, energy saving designs.
  
  
• In our controlled atmosphere brazing (CAB) process, a product is heated to brazing temperature while maintaining uniform temperatures within the product in an oxygen-free nitrogen atmosphere. The advantages include a less demanding dimensional fit-up, non-corrosive flux which requires no post braze cleaning, less capital intensive compared to vacuum brazing and continuous flow for high volume throughput.
  
  
• Products like radiators, condensers, oil coolers, evaporators, heaters and charge air coolers for the automotive industry can be made in our CAB Furnaces.
