Our Bell Furnaces, which we have been building for more than 30 years, have become industry standard in the Indian cold rolling industry with over 500 annealing bases operating satisfactorily all over the country.
Since last 15 years, we have earned well deserved reputation for the quality of our 100% Hydrogen atmosphere, high convection, or H2-HC, bell annealing furnaces manufactured in co-operation with Stein Heaurtey of France. The well known advantages of our high convection annealing plants are: very high productivity, cleaner and brighter strip surface, superior and uniform mechanical properties, lower operating costs, high level of automation and easy operation due to sophisticated PC based PLC system and instrumentation, highly dependable safety systems, close monitoring and exhaustive archiving provision etc. There are already more than 50 of our H2-HC annealing plants in operation processing more than 2 million tons of cold rolled strip coils annually.
Apart from overwhelming acceptance in India, our H2-High Convection batch annealing plants have been found to be very dependable and economical by our customers abroad. While we already have highly satisfied clients in Egypt and Bangladesh for these plants, we are currently setting up such plants in Iran and Colombia, S. America, for customers who have seen for themselves the quality and advantages of our H2-HC annealing plants.
Needless to say, our H2-HC plants have the best possible technical features and are made from best quality components and materials, as can be expected of a plant of international standards
