Pit Carburizing Furnace


This is one of the most versatile furnaces; it can be used for bright annealing of ferrous & non-ferrous material, gas carburizing, gas nitriding, spherodising, annealing and many more such processes.

Reheating Furnace


This is the heart of hot rolling mill wherein the charge is heated to rolling temperature. The charge could be in the form of billets, blooms, slab, ingots etc. Furnace types - Pusher or Walking Hearth & Beam; top and bottom fired.
   

Bell Annealing Furnace


The Bell type Bright annealing furnace developed by us over the years has become an industry standard in cold rolling sectors, both ferrous & non ferrous, in India & abroad. High convection H2 atmosphere bell annealer is our speciality.

These furnaces are generally used for annealing of tubes both straight & small diameter tubes in coil form, ferrous as well as non ferrous, when required under special atmosphere for bright finish.
